Onasria (oh-NASS-ree-uh)
In 4211, Onasria wed Xarox in an arranged marriage. Neither she nor her relatives were aware of how unstable Xarox and his overbearing mother were. She was pressured into pregnancy soon after the wedding, and gave birth to Xorax.
After suffering emotional and then physical abuse, she made up her mind to leave the family. Her husband had promised to track her down and kill her if she took "his" son away, so in late 4214 she regretfully left two-year-old Xorax behind and fled Shalanera with little more than the clothes on her back.
It is believed she changed her name and is living a better life in another city, perhaps as a priestess for one of the goddesses, but she has made no contact with her son.
