Warden Oza
The warden of Meridian's military jail cuts an imposing figure, her kind-faced visage belying the depths of her formidable power and unwavering dedication to maintaining order within the prison walls. Oza is a djinn woman who possesses an otherworldly aura, her presence commanding respect and instilling a sense of awe in those who cross her path. Despite her benevolent appearance, however, beneath the surface lies a steely resolve and a ruthless commitment to upholding the laws of Meridian with unyielding fervor.
Driven by a powerful compulsion to uphold principles of order, the warden carries out her responsibilities with meticulous precision, her every action guided by a strict adherence to the principles of law and driving back chaos. Beneath her affable demeanor lies a heart of iron, and she is known to show little mercy to those who dare to transgress the laws of the land. Behind closed doors, she is rumored to wield her authority with brutal efficiency, her methods of discipline harsh and unforgiving.
However, whispers among the prisoners speak of a darker aspect to the warden's methods. Occasionally, she selects certain inmates for "reconditioning," a process shrouded in mystery and fear. There are rumors that those subjected to reconditioning never return the same, their minds and spirits twisted by unknown forces. It's also well known that Oza will sometimes select those who would be banished to send them to Aetós instead. In her view, it's best they at least serve Meridian rather than be a waste.
