Helya Stonehammer (née Fretheim) is the wife of Bjorn Stonehammer.  Born in a small village amidst the Dragon's Spine Mountains, she met Bjorn during his travels and returned to Kharhadrim with him, madly in love.  Despite the glaring age difference, the two were quickly married, and have been inseparable since.
