Kingdom of Keel, Keeland

Once the largest ethnic group on the western shores of Khasur, Keelanders spread their maritime civilization from the southern forests of the Elves of Alfaris to the Mountains of Mysvar. Along the shores of the Rimewood they built halls and homes of strong timbers wider and taller than the tallest trees outside of the Alfarisian reaches. Keel was a city of wood, and snow, ships, and sea. From humble and brutal beginnings, hewing an existence amongst the rocks and ice out of the old forest, soon the entirety of the Bal'Gol Fjord blossomed with human settlements. Even some of the older species of humanoids came to live alongside the pinkskins with their fur coats and knorr boats. The Styes, Ringkobing, Seaton, Gletscherburh , the Elves of Alfaris and the Dwarves of Bar Buldar came to form a loose alliance that dominated the region for centuries. Much of history as written in the books is of this time, before the war. Before Keel declined, and the era of kings waned. Before the Rymbyrig Confederation.
