The Shillian Highlands

The Shillian Highlands is a region where the Wildplague thrives. Due to it, the Highlands have transformed into many different biomes. In this region you can find every possible climate you can imagine, from scorching deserts to snowy mountains. That however is not the only thing the Wildplague has affected. Especially the fauna here have evolved in rapid pace, producing unique specimens that can not be found anywhere else in Korthia. While the highlands are not very welcoming to outsiders, a few bold hunters made their home here in the past. These hunter adapted their techniques and specialized in hunting these new creatures. Eventually they thrived here and founded a small town named Shill and named the Shillian Highlands after it. The hunters eventually became famous for their skill and The McGannis Family became famous around the world. The Highlands can be split into 6 different sub-regions each housing their own and unique biome and climate BIOMES: -Verdant Hills -The Marshlands -Ancestral Steppes -Howling Jungle -Scorching Dunes -Eternal Mountains
