The Raven Queen can control the state and flow of souls, which she can do with the wave of her hand. She is capable of moving souls into new living bodies and guiding souls out of dead ones. She does this for all creatures across the Astralverse at all times, making her easily one of the most powerful Celestials alive. However, she is not capable of controling souls rendered outside of her dominion, such as those of other Celestials, Dragons, or any soul rendered immortal.Personality Characteristics

The Raven Queen desires to care for all souls in existance, which she considers to be her adopted children. She holds equality and justice as her greatest values, and chooses to step in and resolve conflicts of wanton violence when needed.

The Raven Queen is the direct sister of [The Mother, and the two have a complicated history. While the Mother creates life and souls, her sister is responsible for where the souls of life come from and where they go when they expire. The Mother resents her sister and sees her work as an interference, yet the Raven Queen sees her sister as a tyrant who does not truly care for her children.
