I've received reports from one of my little birdies in Lord Patrician Riccardo Barocco's villa. He has a most unusual guest.King Calimaco Bladesong:

I have no reason to suspect the Patricians of the Coast of plotting anything. And yet... I can't quare this away.
Unfortunately, I can't devote too many resources to solving this puzzle with the Kingdom in such a lamentable state. Too busy fighting fires elsewhere.
I recommend you call a meeting of The Council and try to do something to put a stop to this.
