William II
King
William Michael Henry Edward was King of America. He was described as a very reserved man, preferring to spend his free time in contemplation with a glass of bourbon. His reign saw many social changes, including desegregation of the military, civil rights movement, expanded women's rights, and the beginning of the LGBT rights movement in America.
At the start of his reign, he was apathetic to the idea of Civil Rights. In the late 1970s and early 1980s, he had a change of heart and became deeply regretful for his previous actions. He gave royal assent to the Civil Rights Act in 1983, allowing for the Chancellor to sign it into law.
