Black Tears

A group of brutal assassins that operate throughout The River Kingdoms and are based out of the city of Daggermark. While not the most elite of killers, they specialize in handling jobs through brute force, sheer numbers, and a despicable, ruthless nature. Members of the assassin's guild are identified through three black tears tattooed beneath their left eye and arms covered in Draconic tattoos as well.
