Pitax

Ruled over by King Castruccio Irovetti, Pitax is a kingdom to the southwest of The Stolen Lands and seems to harbor some sort of ill-will towards Restov or perhaps Jamandi Aldori. It's believed that the Black Tears were sent from Pitax to prevent the charters of exploration from being handed out.
Syr Valerie noted that Pitax was well known for their arts and were lovers of aesthetic.
