Bliyet
Scion Bliyet (a.k.a. The Hound, The Shepherd, Blue-eyes (vulgar))
"When the Demiurge designated the families that were to rule, it was Bliyet that took over. He issued a commandment that the royal families would only ever bear royal children. He kept the bloodlines pure, and he ensured their prosperity. It was the Demiurge that demanded the existence of blue blood, but it was Bliyet that made it happen."Â

The Ides of Midfall is the day that the Gaze of the Sheperd descends down beneath the horizon, which is seen as a symbol of the decline of the monarchy. As such, the celebrants put on ash colored clothing and reflect on the fallen state of the world. They are expected to fast from sundown to sunup.
