Harlan Danger's Deadheads

Structure

Harlan leads the gang, which is comprised at any given time of 12-30 Deadheads. They typically operate in teams of 2-6.

Culture

The Deadheads act more like hooligans than serious criminals, though their impressive list of crimes would indicate otherwise. They are almost secondarily concerned with wealth, and are usually more interested in one-upping each other in feats of daring or size of their hauls. Harlan fosters this sense of competition by being the most daring and profitable member himself.

Assets

Wealth 1d8.   They maintain a hideout in the residential district thanks to an elderly couple whose retirement they fund, and a safehouse about 8 miles east of the city in case things get especially heated for any individual member or cell.   While Harlan Danger himself wears only boiled leather armor, his men almost all wear Paincoats and shovel-helms. They prefer daggers and short chopping swords to other sorts of weapons, though they often use clubs for robberies.
