Demographics

The city is mainly populated by Human magicians who were exiled from the surrounding lands during the arcane period.

Defences

Arcadiam is surrounded by a white stone wall and covered by a magic barrier

Infrastructure

The city is split into two separate districts know as the Arcane district and the much larger, newly built Industrial district.

There are housing districts within the greater districts. In the West of the city, there is a Wharf.  Private Ateliers are owned by the wealthy which are built upon floating land masses.

Architecture

The Arcane district contains many of the traditional white washed stone buildings constructed in the cities' early lifetime.
Industrial district's buildings are mainly created from metallic materials and focus on function rather than form which leads to a mixture of oddly shaped buildings few understand the purpose of.
