Sands of Obon (Sands of Oo-bon)

A secret organization whose purpose is to "keep the universe BEING the universe."
Not much known about them other than the vague impression that they are benevolent.
The rumour is that their name is derived from their motto: "We are each but grains of sand in the service of the planes."

Owner Hobb Gn'nagalin is a member or functionary or associate of the Sands of Obon. It is unknown whether he is a "grain" in the organization.
The Sands of Obon oppose the invocation of the God Eaters and an organization run by the Veiled Man.
