Government
Ceic was once ruled by a town council owing fealty to Rameer Tibi. However, when the Calpian Empire annexed Rozga in 1402 LE, Ceic was also annexed. Since that time, it has been ruled by the Utepavir of Rozga, with daily affairs usually managed by a minister appointed by the Utepavir.
Defences
The city is surrounded by an earthen, rampart surmounted by clay defensive structures. There is a single gate made of cast and beaten bronze.
Infrastructure
Ceic has paved streets, but drainage is in the form of open-air ditches that run down the middle of the streets, then dump out of the via culverts.
