Delta is a throwback to an earlier time. Where her father has adopted the more settled and civilized ways of the Ebawecci humans, Delta is wilder and more chaotic. She is not evil or malicious; she simply is not overly dependent upon adherence to the law. She has made it known, in fact, that when she becomes Estiada, the law of combat will settle disputes, rather than pronounced judgements based on facts and law.
