Evbila of Urbem
Evbila was the third daughter of Teruus Vuvurius, The Estiadus of Urbem. She will never hold any significant politcal power. She has established herself in a small, but luxurious, townhouse in Iccim, as many otherwise untitled nobles are wont to do.

Intellectual Characteristics
Evbila enjoyed literature and other books. Beginning about 1423 or 1424 LE, she embraced forbidden knowledge. In her mind, she was simply studying things that were "naughty," though she was flirting with dangerous powers. She purchased The Tome of Īlā. She quickly discovered its menace, successfully avoiding the worst of its effects. She passed the vile tome to Val'Dir when the opportunity presented itself.
Morality & Philosophy
Evbila was self-centered, but in the end, society's needs trumped her own.
