Industry & Trade
Iccim deals in peat and rice. It imports luxury items from Ritilium and Khumrong.
Infrastructure
Streets and Roads
About two-thirds of the streets in Iccim are paved. They are mostly wide and well-maintained. A stone bridge spans the Fupet River south of town, giving access to Papibol and the captial Ritilium beyond. The remainder of the streets and roads in and around Iccim are dirt. Many of these are very narrow, barely a wagon's width wide.
Sanitation
Iccim is kept reasonably clean by the otherwise indigent population of the city. Each day, the town watch gathers around one hundred of the poorest souls in town and has them work for the day removing refuse, washing the streets, and so on. In truth, few resist being chosen, for those selected are paid a whopping 6 crowns for their days' work.
Districts
The center of town features an artificial hill, rather like a motte. The Fortress of Fupet sits at its summit, overlooking the town and the surrounding countryside. Beyond this peculiar feature, the rest of the town is not really divided into districts.
