Plane of Water
The plane of water is one quarter of the Elemental Sphere. It is the source of all the water in all the Spheres. It was created by and is the home of Sanshar, the Elder Titan of Water. In addition to him, a humber of younger titans and elementals inhabit the plane, as well.
