The Realm of Vigor
The Realm of Vigor is a semispherical plane lying inside the shell formed by the four elemental planes in the Elemental Sphere. Together with the Realm of Shadow, it encircles the Material Planes, all of which it touches at all points.
This fantastical realm is home to the Sælfey who live here with their goddess, Verana, who is the ruler of the plane. It is also home to the Ælfey, who chose to follow Verana instead of X'Rell.
