The Underdark

Beneath the surface, in dark and forbidding caverns, there exists a world as teeming with life as what is found above the surface. Civilizations thrive and complete. Rare and fantastic creatures roam the crevices and tunnels. The waves of vast beaches lap against beaches that will never see the sun.

This is the Underdark. It is a spidering network of caves, tunnels, caverns and chambers that are filled with wonder, terror, and danger.
