Kular
Kular is a large country that spreads from coast, planes, and sandy dunes. Kular has been round for a long time, with its borders all ways changing. Kular is best known for horse racing and other animal sports. People who come from all over to watch the races have many chocies when it comes to places to stay, from hotels, resorts, temporary homes, or even camping!
Southern Kular has some wet planes, and gentle rainforest, while the away from the coast of the north side of Kular is sandy. North Kular tends to be less populated. The animals in Kular are known for having oversized ears to deal with the heat. Even the birds here have ears, a one of the kind in the world.

Kular has changed what structures they used over the years, at the moment they are using a sortition method of darting people to work for the goverment. Making it so every citizen has the chance to be in charge of their local or overalll goverment.
Culture
Kular is best known for animal riding and racing. With their ancestors being the first people to domesticate horses and camels for riding. These days horse racing is the most popular sport in the country. These horse racing can be any where from a few meters long, to hundreds of miles long that last for days. Horse riders world wide find competing in Kular's great races as a life time goal. Racers tend to dawn bright colors and patterns in order to be seen by the audience no matter how far away they are.
Food in Kular tends to be fried and crispy, with the more freash furits and vegetables being in a juice form or used to make dips.

Legislative Body
Every 5 years there is a draft of adults to see who will serive in the goverment. After they are drafted, they take a year to prepare knowalge of the position they where drafted to. After that they serve in office for 4 years, unless somthing happens in witch they must leave their job.
People are put in the draft at the age of 18 automatically, but they can op in and out when they want. Who is chosen durring this draft is completely random, the only thing that automatically takes you out of the draft is if you leave the country.
