He has held these Dictatorial powers for 10 years, as no dictator was appointed during the great calamity He delegates military matters to his trusted friend, Titus Agrippa, a skilled general. Alceus Priam has played a crucial role in bringing Aster back to stability after facing various challenges, including wars and rebellions.
