Rawaou
The Woodelven Realm of Rawaou is located in the dense Jungles of Notos. It is a successor realm to the ancient Kingdom of the Elves.
The great Elven Schism saw the Woodelves settle in Notos and create Rawaou and isolate themselves from the world, while the high Elves went to war against the Dwarves who had attacked the Kingdom of Elves.
The Elves of Rawaou have since almost completely shut themselves off from the world, their trust broken by the dwarven treachery from so long ago. They are a passive people, and every elf in Rawaou is taken care of by the realm. There are few woodelves left, numbering only in the thousands.
The only regular contact that the Woodelves have with the outside world is with the human settlement of Brymham. With which they trade and have aided when the plague struck.

Structure
The Kingdom of Rawaou is lead by a monarch of any gender. The monarch chooses a successor, but rules until death, which for elves means near perpetuity.
Culture
The Woodelves of Rawaou are social and caring. Since they are relatively few in number, and very few new elves are born, most of the inhabitants know each other. This causes the kingdom to be tightly knit and loyal. The Elves of Notos Worship the goddess trees and shade, and the goddess of hope and healing.

Isolationist. They want everyone to leave them alone.
Assets
They have immense natural resources, think silver, gold, iron, hardwood, in their forest. But they rarely mine the earth for resources, taking only what they must.
