Mouldering Alcove

Two floors of flooded basement lie below the Alnwick Building in the Bibliopolis . An accident involving a gateway to the Elemental plane of Water led to its flooding and abandonment six years ago. Its salty waters are dirty and polluted with muck and slime, and the moisture rising from the area has caused the growth of many exotic and dangerous molds and fungi.
