Professor Surinaal is a copper dragonborn sage and teacher working in the Alnwick Building of the Great Bibliopolis in Quan. While self-admittedly not a combat mage, she was willing to pitch in with support magic to assist a team of adventurers dealing with an infestation of fungus creatures in her classrooms. At first timid in the face of danger, she did seem to experience a thrill when engaging in some exciting teamwork with the gnome sorcerer Kerek Rykyr.
