Ice Type Shadow Beast

Ice type TSBs are classified by the ability to freeze surroundings or liquids, but unable to manipulate anything unfrozen. Liquids do not need to be water to be manipulated by ice types.
Like all elements, there are 4 capacities for ice types that refer to the amount of mana the TSB has available; the higher the capacity the greater ability it has.

Shard

Shard themed ice types cannot manipulate ice or snow, but can lower the temperature or make areas colder.

Crystal

Crystal themed ice types can not only make their surroundings cold, but can generate ice and snow in small amounts around their body, and even sometimes manipulate that which they've frozen. They are the most common of ice types. They also generally have small resistance to the cold.

Blizzard

Blizzard ice types can generate large amounts of ice and snow which they can manipulate around them, without making the surroundings cold.

Avalanche

Avalanche ice types can not only freeze things and make it snow, but can generate large amounts of ice and snow which they can move at whim in large areas.
