The Hag of the Omyhx Thicket is a common tale of the nefadric folklore and especially prominent in the region of it's origin Ubos where the first dammed forrest ever, the Omyhx Thicket is located. However the tale has spread far and wide throught the The Nefadric Empire as more and more damned forrests have appeared and now is a household staple for parrents to tell thier children, to keep them from being naughty.
Summary
When children are naughty, they might get visited by the hag of the Omyhx Thicket in the middle of the night. Once she has arrived she useses her jaggered fingernails to burrow a little grove in the child to implant seed of a bloodthirsty cursed tree in the child and disappears into the night. Over the course of a few days the child will feel the call of the Omyhx Thicket and will be compelled to venture into the perilous forrest, never to be seen again, turning into one of the horrifiying trees of the curssed forrest.

The story originates in the capital county of the The Nefadric Empire, Ubos, where the Omyhx Thicket became the first damned forrest in all of Kreworis. The tale became more common throught the empire as more damned forrests appeared.
