Primus
Primus is the most powerful Lawful Neutral being in existence. He acts as the cosmic judge for all unclaimed souls, and as the arbiter for all disputes between other Cosmic Powers. As impartial as he is powerful, everyone knows that whatever he says goes. Primus was the judge for the infamous Trial of Asmodeus, ruling in favor of Asmodeus.
