Founding of a port town by immigrants from Ghei Wyl.

Poueir is a port town in Northeastern Silse. Founded by extant civilians of Ghei Wyl, the Poueiri were the first individuals to make contact with the J'barri. Though they would not become seafaring until the end of the Morgunn Era, they eventually thrived with their new coastal lifestyles.   Their history of escaping Ghei Wyl is a strong presence in the cultural nation's identity. Collectivism is common in Poueir, along with a strong sense of responsibility and call to action. This would be seen in their response to the White Letter when they valiantly marched with farmers' tools to assist the people of Mailes, even though it almost certainly meant death. Even today, the tale of their exodus is relevant to their broader culture in such a way that cannot be seen in the River Kingdom of Nim or Bourilia.
