Fairy Dust

Due to poor quantities of fairy dust naturally given off by fairy wings, poachers in the past hunted down fairies to grind their wings and obtain more dust. With the ending of Age of terror such practices were outlawed. Only fairies are allowed to sell their dust now. Anyone else cought selling it without appropriate paperwork would be immediately arrested as per International Racial Treaty.
