High-Praefect
The rank of High-Praefect is the title given to senior Administratum Officials that are put in charge of governement function upon worlds that are directly under Adeptus Terra autority. While rare, these cases are seen for example with the situation of Data-Sancti or Fallayn-Beta, where the administrative and government aspects are both issued from the Adeptus Administratum.
