S27. Wisps and Bones Report
General Summary
In the depths of the Dragon Barrow the adventurers battled against the witchlights...Will O' Wisps! These annoying and quite dangerous creatures glow, and the vanish, and then glow, and then vanish again, all while blasting out little lightning bolts of angry electricity. Between those and the sword-spiked pit traps, these heroes had quite the time of it.
They also discovered in the northern part of the circular tunnel there were symbols and holes in the stone of the wall.
In the Hall of the Four Champions, where Eethyl chased the Wisps before they vanished, and nearly fell into a pit trap, four stone coffins held the bodies of four heroes.

The walls of the room were also covered in fresco paintings depicting a band of heroes and a Lady Knight bearing a greatsword fighting against different dragons in different scenes. There was also some writing on the southern wall that Eethyl noticed but spent no more time on as he was trying not to get shocked again by hit-and-run maneuvers by the two Wisps he chased into the room.
In each coffin they opened they found a different key.
And in two of the coffins Wolfaen also found an item if magic. In the wizard's coffin, a necklace of red beads. And in the bard's coffin, a magical lute.
Wolf then ran off to explore more of the tunnels and went south, narowly escaping a fall into another pit, and finding himself in a room where a large animal's skeleton began to assemble itself. The others ran in after him and found a fully formed horse skeleton there. Firsth Eethyl (and the behest of the druid) and then Flicker herself befriended "BlackJack" but then Wolfaen got himself into more trouble crawling into a tunnel that collapsed in on him. Luckily for him Keth and Amarille were quick to dig him back out.
The group decided to make this dead-end room the place for a short rest while they re-strategized their approach to exploration, and to discuss their new boney friend and the items they found.
