Ayda Keltris

Born in a small town in brimbaria, during the First Age. Young Ayda Keltris played a pivotal role in the first Eternal's appearance. Without her aid, the brimbarian wizard Sojern Orias wouldn't have emerged victorious against his uncle, Eitr Orias.

Personal history

Her father was a protector of the original brimbarian refugees. He taught her how to fight with all manor of weapons. As she grew older, she joined her father as a protector of Brimbaria. However, she still had much to learn. One day, while going to the neighboring city of Myidell, she met a boy named Sojern Orias, and was fascinated by the arcane magic he wielded. The two quickly became close friends, and eventually something more.
One day, a few years later, her house nearly came down on top of her because of an earthquake. She went to Myidell to see if Sojerrn was as lucky. When she found him, Sojern told her a tale of how his uncle Eitr attempted a ritual that caused the earthquakes, and how he had stopped this ritual. Sojerrn also said how Eitr sent lesser undead beings to pursue him. When he said how he must leave, Ayda volunteered to join him. Sojern agreed. She first brought him to her parents' house, where she thought she and Sojern be safe. She was wrong. The undead sent by Eitr found him, attacked. She, her father, and Sojern struggled to stop just one, let alone the hoard that Eitr had sent after them. Ayda's father was killed in the fight. She and Sojern were forced to flee.
Over the course of the next year, she and Sojern would continue to run away from the undead hoard that was sent to pursue them. Ayda would continuously struggle in trying to avoid the fate of her father. Eventually, they realized how this would only continue until they stopped Eitr himself. They both went cack to Brimbaria to confront the dark wizard. While Sojern confronted his uncle, Ayda would face the same undead hoard that killed her father. Vengeance would be hers. Alas, it would not come to be. Not in the way she intended. A spell cast by Sojern, directed at Eitr was deflected away from him, to Ayda. Killing her instantly. Sojern's rageful outburst killed Eitr, and by extension, the undead minions that killed Ayda's father.

Along with basic education, she was taught how to fight by her father, who was an original protector of Brimbaria.
