Since it contains theosite, does it also glow for certain people?
I haven't decided yet. On one hand, it does contain theosite, which may allow it to glow. On the other hand, when mixing certain materials together, while adding some properties, it could also take some away. I simply have not decided yet. What do you think?
It might be interesting to lean into the ways it's different from theosite. My mind goes to maybe having it glow for traitors, because something like that would create a lot of really interesting dynamics. A ruler might gift people blood plate to root out traitors in their midst, and it might provide a good way for a character to reveal a darker side.
That's an interesting idea. However, I already have a metal similar. It's called Doom Steel, instead of glowing, it pours a noxious green smoke, and drips acid. Maybe Blood Plate could glow for those who reside much more in neutrality.

i know its a rare metal but its so expensive for the amount you get
Yeah, that does seem a little outlandish in way of price/quantity ratio. Maybe I should fix that.
How's this?
