2022 Challenge Articles
Bard Challenge
Tavern Challenge
I've had plans for The Vinery for some time now, as it will be a setting for a short story I plan to write at some point, so this was a nice excuse to get some of the basics down. I'll be returning to flesh it out more for sure, along with the people who work there.One-Shot Challenge
At the last minute I came up with an idea for this challenge, then realized the end result was easily going to be four or five times the maximum word count. So I had to change gears again and create an abridged version of the adventure instead. It was a lot of work in the last two days of the challenge. Anyway, the challenge entry is finished, but I intend to follow this up with a complete write up of the decision tree.Rivers and Waterways
It's nice when competitions give me a reason to actually create the article for something already established in the world.Summer Camp 2022
I started off Camp with the disadvantage of catching covid, and not much got better when I was well enough to get back to work, but I successfully reached Gold, which was my goal. All in all, I'm pleased with what I created, even if only a few of the articles are ones that I'm truly happy with.On the Shoulder of Giants
Yet another challenge that forced me to write something I should have written a long time ago! My biggest disappointment is that I put this off to the last minute so I wasn't able to put as much effort into it as I would have liked to, given that the Linguasta are significant to the history of Leland, but at least I have a few scraps of lore to reference in other places.Spooktober 2022

Worldember
2021 was a big year in getting into the worldbuilding of Leland and learning how to use WA. In 2022 I want to delve even deeper into the historical and political nature of the world, the things that make the world how it is today.
My goals for this year are to participate in as many challenges as I can in addition to SummerCamp and Worldember. This page is to collect my 2022 challenge articles in one place.
