Description

The Drowning Cry, named after the muffled cries of those caught in his rainstorms. Onos-Llyr is a strange, water-based Titan who spreads his madness through insanity-inducing fogs and rainstorms that cause paranoia and transform those who are trapped in them into mad half-aberrations known as fogmen. It is said that the storms he creates are formed from his own tears, and that this is why they have these insanity-inducing effects.
