King-Apparent Itzal

Itzal Daverly is the King-Apparent to Gravefellow. Despite his mother Queen Itdita dying 3 and a half months ago, he has not been able to officially assume control of Gravefellow, leaving the city in a neutered capacity to legislate and react to changes. No one is opposing the start of his rule; however, contractual agreements with major devils in the city cannot recognize his coronation except during a solar eclipse.
Itzal has received warcaster training since he was 5. It's said Itzal is talented enough to steal control of any warjack in the city away from any other jack marshaller or warcaster, but this should be impossible. Itzal generally has 2 bonded light warjacks travelling with him everywhere as bodyguards.
