Jack City to Tovvens: The Captured Chateau: Kobold Queen Assassination

The Eastern Way through Tovvens 
Tovvens, Land of Bounty 
Travel the Road through Eastern Tovvens, far north to the CHATEAU SASBANTA, occupied by the Kobold Queen, Dakka Mentarra, and her guard. She blocks the trade route north and does exclusive business with the kobold culture around Pawg Ekk D'nott. The dragon still slumbers for now, and her kobolds amass more and more gold, so there's not reason (yet) to wake up. She lies on her horde, snoring smoke and flame.
To get to the Kobold Queen, the best route is overland through eastern Tovvens. There is a road, called the Eastern Way, that leads north towards the Chateau, through several actually.

Kobolds themselves will be shy and try to hide, and possibly ambush if they have the numbers to do so successfully.
There are possibly black-tip kobolds also, seeking to defeat the red kobolds, or cause them trouble, or just to lie to and rob the party.

PAWG EKK D'NOET

The ancient red dragon, living and brooding on her nest, grows restless in recent years.  She senses change, and this drives the kobolds to be more bold in their actions, and in their numbers.  She is not ready to destroy yet, but the time is coming, perhaps a distat 25 to 100 years.  She's relaxed, mostly sleeping, with red kobolds to protect her.
