Berserkir

Berserkir share many similarities with ulfheðnar and other berserkers, but tend to focus on toughness and defense over agility and attacking.
Berserkir are known for wearing their iconic hooded bearskin cloaks and fur loincloths. They are known to go shirtless into battle, with female berserkir wrapping their breasts with a long, thin strip of white linen. Around both biceps they wear silver arm rings and they wear fur boots on each foot. Due to their warrior nature, berserkir are often well-toned and muscled, with scars from past injuries running across their skin.
Berserkir usually carry shields and tend to favor battleaxes, longswords, and spears.
-------------- Berserkers usually fight in very small units of 8, fighting in a line or dispersed formation. They charge in and knock down enemies. They also go berserk and become unable to receive commands. They are best used as shock troops or to hold a narrow pass, gate/doorway, or bridges, ie chokepoints.
