Ulfheðnar

Ulfheðnar share many similarities with berserkir and other berserkers, but focus on agility and attacking over toughness and defense.
The ulfheðnar fight in a scattered or dispersed formation, their speed and agility allowing them to sprint across the battlefield and avoid ranged attacks with ease. They charge towards their opponents before leaping over them and their shield wall wall and planting their blades in their back.
Ulfheðnar are known for wearing their iconic hooded wolfskin cloaks and fur loincloths. They are known to go shirtless into battle, with female ulfheðnar wrapping their breasts with a long, thin strip of white linen. Around both biceps they wear silver arm rings and they wear fur boots on each foot. Due to their warrior nature, ulfheðnar are often well-toned and lean-muscled, with scars from past injuries running across their skin.
Ulfheðnar usually wield two seaxes, which they refer to as "fangs".
A retinue of ulfheðnar has 18 members plus the commander.
