Physical Description
General Physical Condition
A frail looking, ageless woman, who is deceptively strong and capable. She is tall and slender, and in a single word: Elegant. Pale as moonlight kissed bone, with long hair pulled up out of her way in tight cornrows and coiled in braids at the back of her head.
Facial Features
She has the sharp, noble features classic of a High elf, and sharply slanted eyes. A sharply angled jaw and small chin frame the thin lips and long noble nose.
Identifying Characteristics
She looks blind, her irises are completely white, and her pupil has taken on a silver sheen over the centuries. She can see perfectly fine, but it's startling none the less.
Mental characteristics
Education
She had the highest education a elf of her status could acquire at the time. She was then apprenticed to a reputable Sorcerer and expected to fall in line with his other pupils.
When she realized she would not be making any significant progress in her goals she took to researching in her spare time, seeking a faster, more fantastical solution.
Her searching lead her to the dragons.
Employment
She is in the employ of the Elvalore. Sellia is her official title and it encompasses much. She is spearheading the war efforts, and is in charge of recruitment and training new Skygard personel.
She is also a personal advisor to both the High Elf and Wood Elf Coronal. She is also the one that dictates what happens to prisoners'.
