Llurth Dreier
The city of Llurth Dreier was destroyed centuries ago, when it rebelled against the Spider Queen. Three Generations ago it was rebuilt and re-devoted to the Dark Mother, by the progenitor of House Yauntyrr. The city has since grown, and in some regards surpassed its former glory, there now remains little to no remanence of the original city. The city is ruled by a council of 5 houses, the chief of which is House Yauntyrr. The city is extremely devoted to Lolth, and follows her teachings, as proclaimed by the head house, which is viewed as the chosen house of Lolth by the residence of the city.

Government
The city of Llurth Dreier is ruled by a single Matriarch (The Matron Mother of the first house) advised by a council of 4 additional matron mothers.
The primary law of the city, is to follow the teachings of the church of Lolth. The teachings of Lolth are decreed by the priestesses of the church, and enforced by the city guard.
Each household in the city is required to pay a tax of 30% to the lower house in control of their district, each lower house in control of a district is required to pay 20% tax and provide 3% of its population as levies to the ruling house presiding over it, and the ruling house is required to pay 15% tax to the head house, 2% of it's population as levies, and provide it's daughters to the service of the temple of Lolth.
Defences
Every primary entrance to the cavern has a well constructed gate. There are also tall watchtowers spread throughout the city.
Industry & Trade
There are 2 primary industries in the city. Mining, and Slavery.
The Llurth Dreier mining industry is well known in the underdark for producing a large amount of adamantine, iron, and electrum.
The slave market is maintained by import of slaves from surounding cities, frequent raids, and slave breeding managed by House Elprenna.
The most vital imports to the city are, slaves, fungus, and processed metals.

Most visitors to the city are drow seeking to worship at The Grand Temple of Lolth. There are also often those seeking trade, whether it be for common goods, ores, or slaves.
