Special Abilites
Pounce. If the manticore moves at least 25 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a claw attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked Prone. If the target is prone, the manticore can make one bite attack against it as a Bonus Action. Tail Spike Regrowth. The manticore has twenty-four tail spikes. Used spikes regrow when the manticore finishes a Long Rest.

Hit: 7 ( 1d8+3 ) Piercing Damage. Claw. Melee Attack: 1d20+5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 ( 1d6+3 ) Slashing Damage. Tail Spike. Ranged Attack: 1d20+5 to hit, range 100/200 ft., one target. Hit: 7 ( 1d8+3 ) Piercing Damage.
Legendary Actions
The manticore can take 3 epic actions, choosing from the options below. Only one epic action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's Turn. The manticore regains spent epic actions at the start of its turn. Claw Attack. The manticore makes a claw attack. Maul. The manticore makes two bite attacks against one Prone target. Flying Pounce (Costs 2 Actions). The manticore flies up to half its fly speed straight toward an enemy and pounces on its target. This movement does not trigger Opportunity Attacks. It makes one claw attack, and the target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked Prone. Spike Barrage (Costs 3 Actions). The manticore makes three tail spike attacks against targets of its choice in a 10 ft by 10 ft cube.
