Edric Drake
Edric Drake is the primary caretaker of the city of Hydrus. Born in the woods to a elven couple whose names have been lost to time, Edric claims to have been raised by Count Nathara and was handed stewardship of the city of Hydrus upon reaching maturity. He has ruled the city for over two hundred years and whilst his word is respected, largely he is untrusted. No one believes his story of the count's supposed guardianship of him, but no one can disprove it either. So they begrudgingly allow him to continue his governing.
