Hydrus
Hydrus is the capital city of dour Vespmar. The sun is generally obscured by greenish clouds and the streets are filthy.
Yet somehow, it is the birthplace of Morwyn's faith. The White Lady's greatest houses of worship stand tall against the muck that threatens to swallow the city whole.
This does not dissuade from the fact that the city of Hydrus is a place of secrets and back alleyways - there is little trust amongst the citizens towards one another or towards Governor Edric Drake, the appointed leader of the city.
The smallest district is the Ashen Keep - the area where both the Lyndi Prison is located and the Scaled Guard is housed. It is the smallest by comparison, mind; the district is still larger than some villages within Vespmar's borders.
The White Lady's Grotto
The two oldest buildings in Hydrus, The Tower of the White Hands and The White Hall of Morwyn’s Hand are located in the religious district. They are not the only houses of worship, but they are the oldest and most extravagant buildings. Many pilgrims brave the Ophidian Forest to come to the birthplace of her worship. New Damon
The fire of 1526 was a bad one. The district of Damon was burned to the ground and several other districts were severely damaged. However, the district has been rebuilt - though it now is infested with parasites: thieves, cult influences, black market deals and other such groups all have found their home in New Damon.
The Glittering Goblin is run by a blue goblin by the name of Sibyl. The shop is decorated in dark blues and purples with gem stones and arcane looking items, luring people in with the promise of magic items and wonders. However the shop only contains common magic items. Sibyl also claims to be a psychic and for a small amount of 15 gold, she will draw the cards and read your future (allegedly). Sibyl isn't a very patient goblin if she feels you are wasting her time. Her shop is not Walmart, get your shit and get out. She may be running a scam (or maybe not) but she does have magical powers. If a customer is rude to her and refuses to leave, she will attempt to teleport them away from her shop.
Patrician's Circle
Governor Drake's home and also the most magnificent area of the city. It boasts several fine shops, inns, and the richer families of Hydrus build their homes within its borders. Zepheros Boulevard
Passing dress, jewelry and sweet shops, Zepheros is the height of fashion to find yourself on. It's where the most wondrous fashions are sold - so fabulous in fact, that there are young aristocrats who brave the Ophidian Forest to shop and dine on Zepheros and take the their dresses and waistcoats home to Aberella or Zabereg.
Clothes Minded is an extremely luxurious shop. The shop sells only the finest dresses and suits and will not sell to just anyone. Amara Royra is a very beautiful high elf, she is better than you and she knows it. Amara doesn't let anyone off the street even come near her store, to make sure of this she has staffed a very large Goliath named Guts to act as a guard for the store. Amara proclaims that her clothings are fit for royalty, and has set that standard to only sell to anyone deserving to meet royalty.
