Bridgemeadow
This refers to a large swath of land between the Skysea Mountains to the east, and the soggier fields of Greymantle Marsh to the South. The terrain varies between grassy plains, rolling hills, and the occasional patch of scattered trees. There are a few villages and a couple cities located along the main roads, but travelers can easily go days without seeing so much as a hut or a barn among the tall grasses.
Merchants and travelers can be met along the road, but so can bandits and other ne'er-do-wells waiting to take advantage of the less-aware and less-protected. Offroad, adventurers with a keen eye can find shapes on the horizon that turn out to be houses, ruins, burrows, or hideouts--all with their own potential for danger and adventure.
