Dmytro Mstislavovich

Dmytro (or Dmitrii) Mstislavovich is prince of Vyshemila. He is the overlord of Liutovitsa, among other cities, towns, and villages.
Prior to arriving in his patrimony in Liutovitsa, the party had heard his name as being the sometime lover of  Oksana - a rusalka from the birch grove near the Old Watermill. Oksana claimed that Dmytro caused her demise when he jilted her.
