Old Watermill

This is a dilapidated mill over 20 versts to the south-southeast of Aleksandrovka. Its age is uncertain, as mills are relatively new technology in this region. Yet, it was found in a state of abandonment and disrepair by the group on their way to Vlasovo by accident, after they became lost in the woods. An Old Woman in a Black Cloak was discovered there, along with her cat. Once awakened, the crone implied that she had influenced Khoma to kill Gavrilo. After Vashti bat Leon killed the cat, the group left.
Subsequently, Ivan returned to the mill along with Borya, and began fixing it up. He returned a second time with Lada, Alena, and Prokhor after the The Battle of Aleksandrovka, and spent a repairing the main residential area. The mill is now habitable, though still not functioning.
A rusalka was found to be living in a nearby birch grove. And at one point, she paid a visit to the mill (though remained in the water during her conversation with Ivan and Prokhor).
