Ustin Nikolaevich and family
Ustin Nikolaevich is a fisherman (and probably trapper) from the village of Yarozersk. He encountered the Yokels on the banks of Lake Saiga, a few versts away from the village, after having seen them from his boat. Along with Ustin was a son named Aleksei.
Ustin introduced himself, about about the members of the party, and invited them to Yarozersk, saying that the village was very hospitable, and interested in trade of various kinds. He also explained a little about the kinds of people who lived there, and mentioned that the village (but not its people) was owned by Gennadii Bobchinskii, Vasilisa's erstwhile lord.
Before they left, Chonkorchuk noticed that Ustin was under an enchantment.
Both he and his son were later encountered in Yarozersk, where they continued to be friendly. Ustin was no longer enchanted, however.
He remains in Yarozersk at the present time.
